Juniper1 LLC ("Juniper1," "we," "us") provides web development and related services through our website at juniper1.dev (the "Site"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of the Site and the services we offer. By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Services
Juniper1 builds and maintains websites and related digital work for businesses. Specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal before work begins. Pricing posted on the Site is informational and may change.
2. Pricing & Payment
Where posted, prices describe typical starting points for common project types. A final quote is confirmed in writing before we start work. Payment terms are stated in the project agreement.
3. Hosting & Support
Some builds include a period of post-launch support. Ongoing hosting-only plans keep your site online but do not include updates, security patches, or content changes unless separately agreed. Moving to your own host may carry a migration fee based on the work required.
4. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. Upon full payment, you own the deliverables specified in your project agreement. You grant us a license to display the completed work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. SMS & Text Messaging
Juniper1 may send text messages to you in two cases, each with its own consent basis.
- Customer care replies. If you call or text our business number, we may reply to that number about your inquiry. This is a reply to contact you initiated, not marketing.
- Marketing updates. If you opt in by checking the box on our contact form, we may send occasional updates about your project or our services. You are not required to opt in to receive responses to your inquiry.

- Message frequency varies.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number is used only to respond to you or to send updates you requested, and is not sold or shared with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
The Site and our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search rankings, or revenue from any project.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juniper1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
